1-month programme: Key insight (Learn the basics)

- full pre-consultation case assessment by your doctor, based on a comprehensive health questionnaire (this will help you make the most of your face-to-face time during the consultation)
- initial doctor consultation (typically 90 minutes*) that includes a thorough case history, explanations of possible causes of your health problems and how various symptoms may be interconnected, answers to your questions and an initial agreement regarding investigations and interventions to help you achieve your health goals
- included standard comprehensive blood test** and nurse visit to have the blood sample taken in the comfort of your own home
- further bespoke laboratory tests referral, including complex functional testing where required and agreed with you
- interpretation of tests’ results
- 1 follow-up doctor consultation (usually up to 60 minutes***) within 1-2 months, to assess your progress, discuss tests results and refine your health programme based on findings and best available evidence
- written report after each consultation and any handouts which are deemed useful
- personalised therapeutic plan aimed at addressing the root-cause of your health problems, further refined after the follow-up consultation; this includes diet and lifestyle interventions, and supplements recommendations where indicated
- 30 minutes email or phone support
- you will receive professional coaching support as needed during your consultations
- Booking fee £750 deducted from the price of the programme (fully refundable if the health programme is cancelled at least 48h before the first appointment)
*If you have a large medical file to review and discuss (previous tests, medical documents etc.), any additional time needed over 90 minutes will be charged pro-rata at £440/hour in 15 minutes increments.
**Please note, the blood test will be organised after the initial consultation so that the results can be discussed during the follow-up appointment. This is our standard new patient health screening and includes full blood count, kidney function, liver function, lipid profile, diabetes screening, gout risk, male/female hormones, thyroid profile, total protein and fractions, iron profile, magnesium, active B12, folate, vitamin D, high sensitive inflammation screening. If additional tests, including complex functional tests, are agreed during the initial appointment, these will be paid for separately because they are not included in the price of the health programme. In some cases there may be additional phlebotomy fees depending on tests and the laboratories’ requirements. You will be told in advance about any extra charges.
***If complex tests have been agreed during the initial consultation, discussing the results during follow-up may require a longer consultation. Any additional time needed over 60 minutes will be charged pro-rata at £440/hour in 15 minutes increments. You will be advised if a test we recommend requires a complex interpretation before you decide whether to accept the referral. Complex panels offer valuable insight when we assess how your body functions. They usually require a bigger financial and time investment, but they are good value due to the large number of markers included and their very specific nature. Whenever possible and indicated, testing will save precious time on your healthcare journey as it will guide the recommended interventions better than educated guesses. Sometimes such test panels need to be repeated to assess progress.
3-month programme: Awesome power (Strengthen your defence)

6-month programme: Wonderful harmony (Fine-tune your immunity)
£3449 investment
- everything included in the 3-month programme, plus:
- 3 more follow-up doctor consultations (all six to be completed within 6-7 months)

Prices do not include recommended supplements or prescriptions (the patient will pay the providing company directly). We may receive a test interpretation fee from laboratories to cover for the time investment prior to your consultation. We may receive commission on recommended food supplements, kept as admin fee when we organise supplements purchase for you, and some discounts may be passed on to patients.
When we offer interest-free payment plans for health programmes, a security deposit of £750 is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the fee for the programme will be split equally into monthly payments over the time period of that particular programme (1 extra payment for Key Insight, 3 extra payments for Awesome Power and 6 extra payments for Wonderful Harmony).
Referral vouchers redeemable within 6 months are available as follows: 10% off your next appointment or 5% off your health programme.
Follow-up appointment (approximately 45 minutes), for patients who have completed a health programme or who need further interim support between regular consultations: £450. Any additional time needed over 45 minutes will be charged pro-rata at £440/hour in 15 minutes increments.
Telephone appointment (approximately 15 minutes) for existing patients, to clarify the recommended therapeutic plan: £75

The initial consultation includes:
- pre-consultation review of your completed, detailed health questionnaire, and (if submitted) of medical reports, correspondence, test results etc.; this is why we request that the completed health questionnaire be returned at least 2 working days prior to your appointment;
- approximately 90 minutes doctor consultation, when a comprehensive assessment will be performed, using a functional approach designed to uncover the root-cause of your health problems; laboratory tests and initial treatment protocol will be agreed so that all recommendations are tailored to your case and are achievable;
- written report sent to you within 2 working days, together with appropriate referrals and/or prescriptions.
Most of the recommendations we aim to make are lifestyle-based, including dietary changes and targeted supplementation where appropriate. Occasionally, necessary medication may be prescribed.
On your follow-up appointments, progress and feedback on the therapeutic plan will be discussed, and tests’ results will be reviewed. Please note that some advanced functional laboratory tests include a significant number of markers, and in order to discuss the results of these complex tests, the consultation may need to be longer than standard.
Further laboratory tests may be recommended if deemed necessary.
Further refinements of your healthcare plan will be made after follow-up appointments, to account for your progress and new data from different investigations.
